This course is a formal introduction to mindfulness and meditation geared towards coaches, and in turn, athletes. Mindfulness can help elevate performance, increase resiliency, strengthen communication, build a stronger bond within teams and a more solid core in each individual.

Each session will include technical insight, guided meditation, q&a, and equip you with practical tools to integrate easily into your training and programs.
